Terms of use
This website and the BHSL_EDU content (the reels, carousels, characters Leo and Tim, and anything else we publish) are operated by Sergey Fedorov, based in North Carolina, USA ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Education only
Everything we publish is general education about how markets and charts work. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, cryptocurrency, or other asset. We are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or commodity trading advisors with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, SEBI, or any other regulator, and nothing here creates an adviser or client relationship.
2. Trading is risky
Day trading can lose you money fast, including more than you put in when leverage is involved. Past performance, including examples shown in our content, does not predict future results. Any trading decision you make is yours alone, and you are responsible for checking the laws and tax rules that apply where you live.
3. Tips
Tips are voluntary gifts to support free content. They are governed by the tip policy below, which is part of these terms.
4. Third-party links and affiliate links
We link to other companies' sites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Some links are marked "affiliate": if you sign up through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only list tools we use ourselves, and affiliate income never changes what we teach.
5. Our content
The characters Leo and Tim, the BHSL_EDU name, and our videos, graphics, and text belong to us. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy, re-upload, sell, or use our characters or content in your own products without written permission.
6. No guarantees, limited liability
The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from your use of the site or our content. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have tipped us in the past 12 months.
7. The school
The live school is not open yet. Joining the waitlist is free, creates no obligation on either side, and does not reserve a seat. Pricing, dates, and separate enrollment terms will be published when it launches.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: coldowl.inc@gmail.com.
Privacy policy
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email, the country you typed, your self-described trading level, and the time you signed up. We use it for one thing: emailing you when the school opens and, later, about the school if you stay subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Card tips: handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own site. We never see your card number. Stripe shares your name, email (if you entered one), amount, and the last four digits of your card so we can issue receipts and refunds. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data.
- Crypto tips: go straight to our wallet. Transactions are public on the blockchain by design. We don't collect anything else about you.
- Hosting logs: our host, Netlify, records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising trackers, or load anything from third-party servers (fonts and scripts are hosted here), so there is no cookie banner. Stripe's checkout page, which is a separate site, uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.
Who we share with
Only the service providers named above (Netlify, Stripe, and the email tool we use to send the waitlist email), and only so they can provide their service. We don't sell personal information and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Stripe payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to emails. If you are in the EU, UK, California, or India, local law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or the DPDP Act) gives you these rights formally. Email coldowl.inc@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Our data is stored in the United States.
Under 18
The site is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors, and if we learn we have, we delete it.

Leo and Tim are fictional characters. Any chart, price, trade, or result shown in our content is an illustration or a historical example, not a signal, a prediction, or a track record. We may hold positions in assets we discuss. Nothing we publish is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything, and it is not tailored to your personal situation. Talk to a licensed professional before risking money.
Tip policy
- Tips are voluntary gifts. They don't buy anything: no signals, no picks, no access, no perks, and no say over what we publish.
- We are not a charity. Tips are not tax-deductible donations.
- You must be 18 or older and using your own payment method or wallet.
- Card tips are non-refundable, except that we will refund a duplicate or clearly accidental charge if you email coldowl.inc@gmail.com within 14 days.
- Crypto transactions are irreversible. Sending the wrong coin or using the wrong network can permanently lose the funds, and we have no way to recover or reimburse them. Always check the network shown on the page.
- Tips are income to us and are reported as such.
